Welcome to Nourished Health and Wellness LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at nourishedbykiley.com (“Site”) and any services, content, and features provided through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use this website or receive services from Nourished Health and Wellness.

2. Services and Payment

We offer nutritional therapy services, which may be booked via Calendly and paid for through Stripe.

By scheduling or paying for a service:

  • You agree to abide by our cancellation and refund policies (see below).

  • You agree to provide accurate personal and payment information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the reserved services.

No-shows will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

The information on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed medical provider before starting any nutrition or wellness program. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:
