Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total service cost.
We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. After that time, we will charge a no-show fee; which will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
